Who is responsible for your data?

What do we collect?

When you join the Founders Club: first name, last name, email address, city, phone / WhatsApp number (optional), the experiences you are interested in (optional), the language of the site, your sign-up date, the date and wording of your consent, your founder number if you have one, and the source of your visit (for example an Instagram campaign) when available. To prevent abuse, we also keep an encrypted, non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address.

Why?

Only to send you your invitation, tell you when GROOV opens and, later, invite you to join the booking platform. We never sell or rent your data. Joining the Founders Club is not a membership, a booking or a payment commitment.

On what basis?

Your explicit consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who can access it?

The GROOV team and our technical hosting provider, acting on our behalf. This site uses no advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools.

How long?

Until you join the booking platform, or at most 24 months after our last contact. Your data is deleted sooner if you withdraw your consent.

Your rights
